I am a dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is client centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I integrate evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, and strengths based techniques to help clients develop healthier coping strategies and achieve meaningful change.

I believe therapy is a journey of self discovery and healing, and I work alongside my clients to help them gain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
