Paula Thacker, MSW, LCSWA

Hi, my name is Paula Thacker. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. My love and passion for helping people is what motivates me to show up and give my all to each client I serve. I graduated from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) with a Bachelor's in Behavioral and social Science and a Master's in Social Work. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and elderly clients. My most used therapeutic approaches are CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and  Art and Play therapy. I am very empathetic and can relate to people from all walks of life. I provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to express themselves without feeling judged. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma and abuse, self-esteem, domestic violence, etc. My goal is to assist people while providing authentic, uplifting, and inspiring services to those in need.
